Viktoria Karolova
Viki studied Economics and Business at University of Glasgow and later at Kings College London. She started her career in People Operations at an e-commerce startup in Thailand, before she joined Google in London as a Technical Recruiter focusing on Software Engineering hiring. She is currently part of the Tech Leadership team at Slido working as Technology Operations Manager. The role allows her to combine her knowledge of Tech with a passion for enabling teams and people around her through projects aimed at process optimizations and developer advocacy.
